Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of package), we will notify you. You may choose to have the package re-shipped (additional shipping charges may apply) or receive a refund for the product cost only, excluding shipping fees.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Puff On Puff is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

 

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing. If your order is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How to Process a Return or Exchange

2. Receive Instructions: Our customer care team will provide you with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include the RAN. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer care team.

4. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
